Future of Doremi-fansubs

It only took over 8 years, but we have finally finished our namesake show. Here are our plans for the future:

1) Precure – finish up the remaining YPC5 Go Go episodes and keep up with the currently airing series.
2) Doraemon Movies – Maceart is (slowly) working through these.
3) Keroro Gunsou – episode 157 came out over a year ago, and I think it’s time to remedy that. Nothing better than to tackle a 358 episode show after finishing a 200+ episode one.

Thank you for sticking with us all this time and we hope you will continue to support us in the future.

To 10 years and beyond.

Release Schedule

I’m getting swamped by med school right now, but here’s a look into the future: I’ll try and keep up with Precure and Ginga every Sunday. On Saturdays, I’ll alternate between Dokkaan and Hyouge Mono – for example episode 19 of Hyouge this Saturday followed by Dokkaan 34 translation the next Saturday. (I translated Dokkaan 33 last Saturday) I didn’t count the days but I hope to finish translating Dokkaan and Hyouge Mono by June 30, 2013 (the day of the finals of the Confederations Cup)

mike_art03a Note: Just remember that this isn’t a set-in-stone thing either, things can change. So please bear with us if we don’t make our tentative release dates.

Doremi-fansubs is now 7 years old.

So I took a peek at AniDB’s page for Doremi-fansubs…

Apparently we released Ojamajo Doremi Naisho back on August 10th, 2005. So I guess we’ve turned 7 years old.

For those curious about the history of the group, look here:

Man, seven years and we’re still not done with Ojamajo Doremi yet… Getting there though, episode 27-29 are in QC.

Here’s to another seven years of Doremi-fansubs! (C’mon Toei, make a Doremi 16 anime already. And Kyoto animation, make a Planetarian OAV).
